Where it all began

Bass player Rob Naylor started his musical journey way back in NWOBHM band Sam Thunder. Releasing an EP and one full length album they also played prestigious shows with Canadian Lee Aaron on her debut UK tour.

Following Rob’s departure he embarked on a new project which he named A.O.K. Playing his favourite type of melodic rock AOK toured with the likes of Dare and Danger Danger before they called it a day as the UK musical scene shifted.

From Then to Now

Fast forward to 2014 and the prospect of rekindling some past glory saw the formation of Angels Or Kings. Past members of AOK with a new vocalist secured a deal with the German rock label AOR Heaven. Rob contributed to the first album ‘Kings of Nowhere’.

In 2015 Rob joined Blood Red Saints and they signed to the Italian rock label Frontiers. Rob featured on three albums Speedway, Love, Hate and Conspiracies and Undisputed playing shows in Italy and Germany as well as UK gigs with Romeo’s Daughter and the Hard Rock Hell festival.

The Future

Rob brings a wealth of experience to the band and has already shot the video for our first single with us so we’re really excited to have him on board.
